Return of online purchases
We offer 14 days of return and refund as per European Law on all online orders, including sale items and items bought from our Odd Stock.
Return of in-store purchases
Sale items purchased in-store are not refundable. We only accept a return/refund on regular priced items.
How to return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept items that are intimate goods or Gift Cards. The exception is underwear or swim shorts that are not tried on, and their package returned unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the item together with the invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return to the address below:

If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item as described above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account balance. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown in your account.
