As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail strategy and sales.

Job Overview

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance, growth, and optimization of lundochlund.com. You will own the end-to-end e-commerce operations, from site management and merchandising to customer experience, analytics, and digital marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Merchandising: Oversee product listings, inventory availability, pricing, and content updates. Collaborate with the buying team to align seasonal collections and campaigns.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales), generate regular reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a premium, seamless, and responsive shopping experience across devices. Manage product returns, customer service queries (in coordination with support), and delivery expectations.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work closely with digital marketing partners or teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives to drive traffic and retention.
  • Platform Optimization (Shopify): Optimize our platform to implement upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or equivalent to generate actionable insights for improving UX, sales funnels, and content strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
  • Setting up and photographing products, editing images for web use, and maintaining a consistent visual style is a big plus.
  • English, Swedish is a plus
