DETAILS & CARE

SAXUM is a true terrain boot, made to keep you stabile and protected from the elements Its utilitarian identity is accentuated by distinct lines and details such as d-ring lacing with metal eyelets and a rubber panel surrounding the entire shoe. The upper constructed with water repellant suede/rubber and a lightweight, elevated and grippy sole.

Return of online purchases
We offer 14 days of return and refund as per European Law on all online orders, including sale items and items bought from our Odd Stock. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. We do not accept items that are intimate goods. The exception is underwear or swim shorts that are not tried on, and their package returned unopened.

Return of in-store purchases
Sale items purchased in-store are not refundable. We only accept a return/refund on regular priced items.

How to return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the item together with the invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return to the address below:

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at shop@lundochlund.se and return your item as described above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account balance. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown in your account.
