We offer 14 days of return and refund as per European Law on all online orders, including sale items and items bought from our Odd Stock.
Sale items purchased in-store are not refundable. We only accept a return/refund on regular priced items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept items that are intimate goods or Gift Cards. The exception is underwear or swim shorts that are not tried on, and their package returned unopened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the item together with the receipt, invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return to the address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com and send your item as described above. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account balance. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is credited to your account. You may also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown in your account.
